Why Cottonwood Village? 
According to the City of Casa Grande, there are approximately 38,000 vehicles per day on Cottonwood and Trekell. 
As you can see from an aerial map (check out Google), we are located right about in the middle of the residential, and importantly, this central location is underserved because most of the businesses are located on or around Florence Blvd, so many customers appreciate the convenience. There is great visibility from the street (many retail spaces are set far back from the road), and we are directly across from the popular Safeway center. We offer an excellent mix of business types in the center that can help drive business. The building is modern, with ample parking, good lighting, an exterior security camera system, and the property is well-maintained.  We are one of the few centers in the region that does not charge NNN, meaning that you know in advance what you will be paying for.
